The cleanliness, the staff, the service, the food, the location-I liked everything.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is very polite. Clean, daily room cleaning. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Convenient location, near the metro and bus stop. There are rooms with a balcony.

The hotel corresponds to its level, provides many necessary services, there is an entertainment room for children, a restaurant, its own Parking. The room service demonstrates European quality! I recommend.

A wonderful hotel, we went to perform in Kazan, in the period from 04/28 to 30.04 All the staff are friendly, good service, the beds are fabulous, the only thing is, for some reason the elevator sometimes stopped on each floor, but this does not affect the quality of the stay at the hotel. Just don't press the buttons too many times, and this won't happen. Clean, not noisy, cozy, near the metro. The restaurant staff went to the meeting and prepared a buffet breakfast 15 minutes earlier because of the marathon, thanks a lot)

We needed to spend the night on the way from Bashkiria to St. Petersburg, my husband participated in the race, of course all the hotels were occupied by runners, I called Amaks, we were given one room for 4 people, I warned that we would be tired and we needed an extra place. We arrived in the evening, we were quickly checked in, we went into the room, and there all the beds were already spread out, we just had to collapse and fall asleep. It's very pleasant, thanks to the administrators, they took our wishes into account. The hotel itself, the lobby, the restaurant are above praise, the rooms are a little worse, the furniture is new, but the decoration of the early 2000s, but everything is clean and this is more important than steep repairs. Breakfast was included in the accommodation, very tasty and varied.
