A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They clean it every day. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator, which is good news. Comfortable mattresses and pillows are not unimportant.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very cozy rooms, excellent buffet. I only spent a few hours at the hotel, but it definitely looks like a good four! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo of the double room. The bathroom is combined with a toilet, good plumbing, fluffy towels. The room is decorated in light green, with a large bed with a high mattress and delicate snow-white sheets. Air conditioning at the entrance, very convenient not to blow into the bed!

Very convenient location of the hotel. Good parking, in the most accessible location, walking distance from all attractions and metro stations. There is a Magnet store nearby. Excellent breakfasts. The service is at a high level. They clean the room and change towels used every day. Upon request, hygiene supplies are provided the next day, if necessary. A quiet, cozy place. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to visit Kazan again!

Very clean. The linen is new. Cooler, ironing room on the floor. Breakfast is a buffet. The menu is varied, everything is delicious. There are national pastries. The staff is friendly. I recommend.

I would like to thank the staff of the AMAKS Safar Hotel for the high level of service. The hotel is well located relative to the transport infrastructure and proximity to the historical center of the city. Convenient parking for guests. The check-in was quick and easy. The room matched the description: clean, well-groomed, with a full range of amenities. The technical equipment was working properly. The cleaning kept order at a high level. The food (breakfast included) was of high quality, varied and delicious. Thanks to the hotel staff for their willingness to provide prompt assistance in any matters. I believe that the price-quality ratio is optimal here. I can confidently recommend this place for both business and tourist trips.

I really liked the hotel, we went with a group of 10 children and 10 adults. The restaurant is top notch and at affordable prices! I recommend it for sports teams.

Hello. We stayed at the hotel 2 times. The first time was in 2022 and recently in April 2026. The hotel is good, settled quickly, the staff is customer-oriented. The room is spacious, clean, and cozy. The bed linen and towels are of good quality, snow-white. Mini bar in the room for an additional cost. The food in the restaurant is decent. We spent a great night, comfortably. Thank you very much, we will come again!!!

We stayed for 2 nights, a cozy room with separate beds, a TV, air conditioning and a small refrigerator with drinks and sweets, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the minus is the lack of shampoo and conditioner for hair, but this is not so important. We only took breakfast, as we wrote below, yes, the breakfasts are of the same type, but delicious. There are no questions about the service and staff. I think it's very good for a 1-2-night stay.
