Great hotel! Convenient location, close to the metro. Comfortable large rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in winter - it was very warm in the rooms and in the corridors. Each floor has access to a balcony where you can get some fresh air.

If you need to leave ahead of time, there is the possibility of a refund, which also helped. Dry cleaning services also helped a lot. Also, judging by the signs and advertisements in the elevator, there are spa and cosmetology services here, but I didn't have time to evaluate them.) The breakfast is a buffet, all products are fresh, there is a daily variety and the restaurant staff is very prompt, they monitor the availability of products on the tables and the cleanliness of the tables. It is possible to order breakfast in the room. The restaurant is open in the evening, dinner is available according to the restaurant's menu, and according to the menu of paid dinners. The hotel is located near the center, within walking distance from the University of KGEU, near the metro. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, the maids are very polite girls. There was no safe in the standard room, but there were no problems with this, no one touches personal belongings. Nice view from the windows.
