Once again, we stayed at the AMAKS Hotel and once again received excellent service!!! We went to Kazan very often and always stayed at this hotel. I thought they were still making mistakes in maintenance, but no, everything is top-notch. I've been to many cities, and I really like your place. The service in the lobby bar and restaurant was excellent again today. I ask you to give your authority to the entire brigade - Aigul, Katya (resolution), etc. We will definitely ask them. There are many pitfalls in the business of a restaurateur (the cook, the geographical location of the establishment, the style of the establishment....) But the decoration of the establishment affects the visitor at the entrance. Taste preferences vary greatly, many clients cannot formulate their taste preferences, and so communication arises between the client and the institution.
