I stayed at your hotel for a day. I really liked it!!! Everything is fine, the staff is friendly, helpful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. There's nothing to find fault with! Everything is great in the restaurant too. Well done, the guy who makes pancakes. After talking to him, the mood lifted. Thank you for your hospitality.

Before leaving for a Volga cruise, I stayed for a day on July 18-19 at the Safar Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, cozy room... Thank you so much for the warm welcome! If I visit Kazan again, I will stay with you! Which I recommend to my friends.

I recently went to Kazan on a business trip. I stayed at the Safar Hotel. A very nice hotel with very reasonable prices, 2 steps from the center. Special thanks to the staff for their friendliness!

I just returned from a business trip to Kazan. The city is lovely! I would like to thank Safar Hotel for a very warm welcome! I have never seen such friendly staff anywhere else. The hotel is spacious and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. Thanks to the chefs! I will definitely recommend everything to my friends!
