There are many pitfalls in the business of a restaurateur (the cook, the geographical location of the establishment, the style of the establishment....) But the decoration of the establishment affects the visitor at the entrance. Taste preferences vary greatly, many clients cannot formulate their taste preferences, and so communication arises between the client and the institution. But neither the founders nor the director are talking... Says the waiter, the professional waiter!!! ALMAZ, a professional, was the face of the establishment when serving us.. He won us over, made it clear that we are at home here... Well done, man!
