Hello! I consider myself obliged to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for the excellent quality of service, and to the management for the exceptional selection of hotel services. The only drawback is the outdated elevator (Moscow hotels are no longer your competitors by any parameter). I would like to emphasize the usefulness and quality of the transfer service. The Nail driver knows the city perfectly, easily squeezes into the allotted time for the route, regardless of the traffic situation (a rare quality and different from Kazan taxi drivers, whose services were used by colleagues). If this is allowed by the policy of your company, I apply for the encouragement of Nail. Excellent service and exceptional response speed to service requests (this is the first time I've seen this). thank you!

I have never seen such attentive attitude anywhere, even though I have been to many cities. It's a great hotel, I've been staying there since 2003. I completely agree with all the reviews above regarding the ease of booking, hospitality, and excellent service. + Wi-Fi Internet access in the room + quite reasonable prices (a single room costs about 1800 rubles) - for example, in N. Novgorod they charge 3.500 for a much worse room (the Central Hotel).

Hello! Safar Hotel is a very wonderful and prestigious hotel, it is filled with kindness and warmth of the staff. I liked everything very much, there are no complaints! It's a great hotel. It's just great. First of all, when you book a room, you do not need to send any faxes, applications, prepayments, etc. To confirm your reservation. Just give your last name and the day of arrival and THAT's IT!!! Usually our hotels like to require all of the above. Secondly, you don't have to fill out these fucked-up questionnaires yourself, as happens in almost all hotels in the former USSR. The receptionist enters the tenant's data into the computer herself. Thirdly, there is a maid on every floor. With a walkie-talkie (!!!). That is, you call the administrator with some kind of request, she immediately transmits information to the maid on the walkie-talkie. Not by phone, from which you can move away, and the administrator will not be able to promptly transmit the tenant's request. The walkie-talkie is always with the maid, always in touch. In short, the efficiency in this hotel is top notch! One night, I urgently needed a corkscrew, and I called the bar. The girl said she would come and bring a corkscrew. I thought it would take me an hour to use it. Oh, no. The girl went up to the 8th floor after 3 (!!!) minutes. I didn't even have time to come to my senses. Fourth, the hotel's restaurant is great. Go, you won't regret it. A relaxed atmosphere...The breakfast buffet is really a buffet. There is a huge variety of everything (and not as usual in many hotels - scrambled eggs, sausages, a stale bun and cold tea of not the first freshness) In general, I wish the prosperity of the hotel to keep the brand. After the Mirage, I put the Safar Hotel in 2nd place in Kazan. Of the disadvantages, I will note only one thing: there are no smoking rooms on the floors. Either outside or in the room. But you still have to go down to the street, and smoking in the room, then sleeping in tobacco smoke, is not good. Make a smoking room on the floors!! As it is, it's a solid five plus!!!

It's amazing how few reviews there are about the hotel. Apparently, people are used to spending more time and effort spreading bad reviews, but everyone is happy with you and therefore they are silent. In early March, we were going to Kazan for the first time, the secretary prepared a list of local hotels, and I don't know why I decided to start not alphabetically, but with Safar. After talking to Lily, an employee of the booking department, I threw out this list, and after staying with you for a few days, I realized that I had done the right thing. Thank you for the hospitality, sincere, not mechanical smiles, and the saxophonist in the evenings at the restaurant!
