We came to Kazan from June 15, 2024 to June 18, 2024. We stayed at the Amaks Safar Hotel, 9th floor, deluxe. We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Everything was very pleasant, the restaurant was renovated, which began to work around the clock. The restaurant became even more attractive after the renovation, breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast is a buffet. There is a choice, I won't say it's huge, but I think everyone will find their own menu. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The hot dish is cooked for about 45 minutes, so we made a pre-order and came to lunch or dinner at the appointed time. I liked the dishes, thanks to the chef(s). The room was very nice, clean, spacious (26 m), very spacious toilet. Any request was fulfilled without any problems. Many people wrote in the reviews about problems with elevators (there are three of them), yes, they are slow, but it didn't bother us. There is an ironing room on the 5th floor. Kozya Sloboda metro station is located next to the hotel in a 10-minute walk, where you can get to the main attractions of the city (one or two stations). There is also a registry office (observation deck) in 10 minutes, near the river port, where you can ride a river tram along the Kazanka River. Previously, the Kirlay Park was located next to the hotel, but it is currently closed. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and the location is also very convenient. A clean and cozy hotel. Nice spacious business room. Friendly, attentive staff.It is located close to the metro, the main attractions nearby (the bowl, the Kremlin, the water park), others can be easily and quickly reached by underground or surface transport.

I heartily recommend this hotel! We stayed there for 3 nights, in early May. The rooms had bathrobes, mini sets with toothpaste and a brush; shaving machines and washcloths for the shower. The only small disadvantage: there was no shampoo with conditioner, but it was not a problem, there is a store around the corner where everything is sold. The mattresses on the beds are gorgeous, as they say, I fell down and woke up only in the morning. There is also a TV and a small refrigerator, which is very convenient. And the most important thing is the cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious, adults and children enjoyed everything very much. AMAKS Safar HOTEL I GIVE YOU 10 POINTS

A cool hotel, everything is beautiful, new, interesting, there is a building for children decorated accordingly. There is a restaurant where you can eat quite tasty and fast, I liked it.

I liked the hotel, the room is on the 16th floor, large, comfortable, even a Jacuzzi was present. It is conveniently located, with a view of the Kazan registry office, the Kozya Sloboda metro station in a few minutes, and, in principle, the Kremlin is a leisurely 40 minutes along the embankment. The restaurant is also not bad, very tasty kystyby, I have not seen such in other places, salads, second courses are good. The breakfast was simple, but there were plenty of fruits, pastries, delicious chak-chak and firewood. I was surprised by the presence of honey in the honeycombs, I usually met this in five-star hotels, respect. Masyanya, the dish cleaning robot, was touched, and the waiters were young, nimble, they quickly cleaned everything and brought orders. Of the disadvantages, there may be very noisy ventilation in the bathroom, other lighting was turned on so that it would not make noise. The in-room bar is paid.
