Many thanks to the staff of the Kristall restaurant! Yesterday we had a corporate party there and everything was super mega! There is a lot of delicious food, great organization! Special thanks to the banquet manager Ekaterina and the waiters - Egor for his sense of humor, Elizabeth for clarity, Olga for accuracy! And to all the waiters, for the perfect job! They're all so good there, they do everything so clearly, there are just no words! Thanks a million times! we will definitely come back to you!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and the impressions were extremely positive! I would especially like to highlight the work of administrators. From the first minutes of our stay, we proved ourselves to be true professionals. They were friendly, courteous and ready to help with any questions. When we arrived at the counter, we were greeted by a smiling girl, Julia, who quickly registered us. She also talked in detail about all the amenities of the hotel and helped us plan our time, recommending interesting places to visit. In addition, when we needed help with a taxi, the administrator immediately organized everything necessary and even clarified the details to avoid misunderstandings. Thanks to such attentive and caring attitude, our stay at the hotel has become even more comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to all our friends!
