The price-quality ratio of the hotel is good. I rented a standard single room. A warm, clean, cozy room with everything you need (refrigerator, hairdryer, towel, TV, wi-fi, etc.) . A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff is polite and pleasant. In general, I liked everything.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. We were satisfied . The breakfasts are great. If something ends during breakfast, they immediately inform. A convenient waiting area, there is a luggage storage. The room was cleaned, there is a cooler on the floor. Liquid soap and shower gel in a dispenser. The towels are the cleanest. There was a bag in the closet where you can put things and wash them for an additional fee, there is even a price list for washing things. Very convenient. Who needs to eat billiards. Of the disadvantages, for which I will not remove the star: a not very powerful and quickly overheating hair dryer (thanks for having one). Will we come back again? Definitely only to this hotel!

We held a seminar in the Grand Conference hall. We and all our participants really liked everything. The hall is spacious and equipped with all necessary equipment. Parking is large and free. The coffee break and buffet were served in time, the treats were delicious. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager, Alina Gabaidullina, for organizing the event. From the very beginning, before booking, the manager showed all the rooms and told in detail about the advantages of holding the event at the Amaks Safar Hotel, competently advised on all issues. We stayed with a group of children at the Amaks Safar Hotel from December 13-15. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The rooms are cozy, clean, constantly cleaned, nice to be in. We ate at the hotel restaurant, they cook very tasty, there is always a variety, clean dishes. I have only good impressions. When leaving the hotel, very important documents were forgotten at the reception, the girls who work quickly responded to my request and the next day the documents were sent to their destination. We stayed at the hotel from 04.07 to 07.7 2019. After reading the horrors about elevators (their noise and long wait) and getting a room on the 16th floor, we were a little tense, but everything was fine with the elevators. After reading about the crazy prices in the restaurant and the long wait for orders, We went there in the evening anyway. And we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the fact that there were banquets in two neighboring halls, we were served quickly. The prices of the dishes are suitable for every budget, and the portions are quite large. We had a nice rest. The coffee is really great, the pastries are wonderful. The location is convenient. Metro- 10min walk. I didn't notice any "Sovkovosti". Nice hotel.

On March 3, 2018, a celebration was planned in your banquet hall and an advance payment of 10,000 rubles was made. Unfortunately, our holiday was canceled , and the contract was lost due to the move , to which the administrator Ekaterina replied : "we remember you well, don't worry, we have 2 copies of the contract, you can come and spend the deposit amount in our restaurant within a year." When we were about to do this, the answer was different: "We can't find your contract."

The impression of staying at the hotel is very mixed. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. but!!! The cleaning and maintenance service is VERY lame. The room has not been cleaned for 3 days in a row, and the request for a faulty faucet has been ignored.

We stayed at the hotel from 05.01.2019 to 07.01.2019 on an excursion tour. We were disappointed with the staff's attitude towards the guests. The hotel is not customer-oriented at all. The rooms were booked by the tour operator in advance, they were booked for our tour in November. However, upon arrival at the hotel, there were no rooms prepared for us. Check-in at this hotel takes place from 14.00, and guests must check out before 11.00. From 9.00 a.m. (and we were brought to the hotel by this time) we waited patiently in the lobby until 2 p.m. However, even by that time the room was not prepared for us. The hotel employee said that they were not in time, because all the guests had checked out in the morning and the rooms were still being cleaned. How come!!!!!!! You know in advance how many guests are leaving and arriving, you can't cope, so increase your staff or take more people to prepare rooms for such mass departures and arrivals. At 14.10, we were asked to wait a little longer, but when we saw that two groups of schoolchildren had arrived and they began to settle (register) then patience ran out. As a result, after a small scandal, we were still settled. But this is not the only disadvantage of the hotel, ELEVATORS!!!!! It's just a nightmare. The hotel has 14 floors (I could be wrong on 1-2 floors), three elevators, and all are called using a single call button. It is possible to leave the upper floors only after waiting for the elevator for 15 minutes or even more. Especially during the breakfast period. The room we were accommodated in, for 3 people, turned out to be quite spacious and cozy. The only thing that upset me was the lack of heating in the bathroom, it was very cold after the shower, especially for the child. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the room.
