
We stayed at the hotel from 05.01.2019 to 07.01.2019 on an excursion tour. We were disappointed with the staff's attitude towards the guests. The hotel is not customer-oriented at all. The rooms were booked by the tour operator in advance, they were booked for our tour in November. However, upon arrival at the hotel, there were no rooms prepared for us. Check-in at this hotel takes place from 14.00, and guests must check out before 11.00. From 9.00 a.m. (and we were brought to the hotel by this time) we waited patiently in the lobby until 2 p.m. However, even by that time the room was not prepared for us. The hotel employee said that they were not in time, because all the guests had checked out in the morning and the rooms were still being cleaned. How come!!!!!!! You know in advance how many guests are leaving and arriving, you can't cope, so increase your staff or take more people to prepare rooms for such mass departures and arrivals. At 14.10, we were asked to wait a little longer, but when we saw that two groups of schoolchildren had arrived and they began to settle (register) then patience ran out. As a result, after a small scandal, we were still settled. But this is not the only disadvantage of the hotel, ELEVATORS!!!!! It's just a nightmare. The hotel has 14 floors (I could be wrong on 1-2 floors), three elevators, and all are called using a single call button. It is possible to leave the upper floors only after waiting for the elevator for 15 minutes or even more. Especially during the breakfast period. The room we were accommodated in, for 3 people, turned out to be quite spacious and cozy. The only thing that upset me was the lack of heating in the bathroom, it was very cold after the shower, especially for the child. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the room.
