We stayed for a couple of nights. There is No Sound Insulation!! The breakfasts are varied, but the insects in the food discourage appetite. Perhaps the most important impression is left by the staff. Unfortunately, AMAKS has boorish employees. The conclusion is that there is no desire to visit again and we do not advise you.

We went with my husband to Kazan on an excursion from Vladimir. Our group was placed in AMAKS. The room is nice - small but cozy, you can spend one night. A buffet breakfast was included in the accommodation, which is not bad enough. Everything would have been fine if we hadn't decided to have dinner at the hotel. Friends, the prices are like in a good restaurant, but the cuisine is terrible. The composition of the dish was changed at our discretion, and when we noticed that the dish did not match the description, we were told that the menu had changed and there was nothing they could do. They called the support service, complained and asked for a refund (600 rubles per dish). The next day, Andrey Artemovich Tamarov, the head of the RRC of the AMAKS Safar Hotel, contacted us, said that he would sort it out and answer the mail. I sent an email saying that all employees had been interviewed, fined, etc., but they would not make a refund, as there is a law that allows you to refuse a refund. In general, the image is nothing, the money is everything! There is only one conclusion, all promises are empty talk. If you don't like something, it's better to make a scandal on the spot, because then they will send you a couple of "unsubscriptions" and that will be it.

We stayed at the AMAKS SAFAR HOTEL from 04.03.-08.03.18. I liked everything very much, the buffet is excellent, I would say for every taste (we only had breakfast), it is also present on the national menu.bakery products. The room was economy 2-bed, cleaning every day, the room has everything you need, soap for each person, shampoo, mini-bar for a fee. Very friendly staff. The view from the window was on the construction site, but it did not mar the rest in any way! In the neighboring building there are entertainment facilities, billiards (180 rubles/hour), bowling (300 rubles), air hockey, present.football, darts, discos (Fri to Sat.). within 500 meters from the hotel there are shops of the Magnit chain, crossroads, bakeries, pizzerias, all within walking distance. Excursions were taken directly at the hotel, I really liked the excursions, for the first time in Kazan it was enough to take a sightseeing tour of the Kremlin and excursions for 600 rubles / person, to the island-city of Sviyazhsk +Temple of all religions 800 rubles/person. A taxi from the hotel to the main street (Bauman St.), to the train station is inexpensive (90-120 rubles). Extending the hours of stay at the hotel in 4 hours cost only 350 rubles. I would like to mention a good cafe "pelmenia" on Bauman Street. The check for two cost 1200 rubles. The portions are large, satisfying and delicious. At the beginning of the street there is a canteen "karavay" for 700 rubles. For 2 people. You can have a great lunch. For fans of football/hockey, there is a good place called "pirushka", which is located on 70 Chistopolskaya Street with sports paraphernalia, delicious beer and equally delicious dumplings! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

I stayed at the hotel for three days, from 09/24/17 to 09/26/17. It was very cold in the room, at my request they brought a heater, it became more or less warm. Overall, the room is not bad, you can stay for three days, the dinners on the set menu are delicious, but the cooked Fituccini from the main menu was disgusting. The breakfasts are also good, but as a rule everything is already cold. The room was cleaned every day. In a standard single room, I had three towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel, hairdryer, TV, and later a heater) Thank you, I have no complaints, the hotel justifies its three stars.

Very nice hotel, we had a rest in Kazan in early August. The staff is friendly, but they didn't find the declared wi-fi in the room, the food is quite salty (especially the omelette), if they fix it, it will be very good, but otherwise they are a five!

We rested for three days in Kazan from July 17 to July 20. We decided to stay at the Amaks hotel. The reservation was made right here on the hotel's website with a 15% discount and no prepayment, which was very impressive to us. The payment was made only upon arrival, so Booking.com you can send a "Get Out" with your own fines for canceling your reservation - after all, anything can happen on the road and in life. I will recommend booking this hotel exclusively through this "native" website to all my friends. Upon arrival, we only said the last name of my wife, in whose name the voucher was issued, and literally 10 minutes later we were handed electronic room keys. We lived in a triple room 912. Clean, cozy, spacious. There is a carpet on the floor of the room, which, considering that we had a small three-year-old son with us who likes to play on the floor with his cars, I really liked. The only thing I can recommend is to turn on the faucet in the toilet sink. Otherwise, everything is fine - hot water, a clean, tidy toilet, three towels each, as befits a three-star hotel. The service is inconspicuous - as it should be, they don't seem to be there, but the room and everywhere in the hotel are clean. There is a cooler on the floor, so you can always get clean cold water to drink or brew a cup of tea. The room rate also included breakfast, which was simple, satisfying, and the entire standard buffet set was available - porridge, cutlets, pasta, stews, salads, tea, coffee, pastries, and my sons' favorite pancakes with condensed milk. Yes, the reception staff doesn't say much, but they do everything quickly - when we left, everything was done in five minutes, during which we managed to take a picture in the lobby of the hotel. And I almost forgot - the location is super - you can walk to the amusement park with a Ferris wheel and lots of attractions. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, admire the view of the river and the old town, and take photos near the Kazan wedding palace. The Kremlin is one metro stop away. Kozya Sloboda train station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Maybe I forgot something, of course - I apologize to the hotel staff. Special respect-thanks to the guards, who, without questions or comments, said that you can smoke on the street next to the entrance - I'm a smoker, but I'm law-abiding. A special rakhmat to the security guard Ildar for all the answers to my questions about Kazan and the wonderful attitude towards the hotel guests. May Allah grant him and his family good health and a bonus for July from the management for their conscientious work. Wonderful hotel, we lived with my husband for 3 days from 10.06.to 12.06.2017. Polite, friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant! The check-in was quick. The room is clean, cozy, everything is working, daily cleaning. Convenient location of the hotel, close to the metro and all the sights, buffet breakfast, private Parking, quiet. Thanks!!!

To begin with, the check-in was quite fast, there were 26 of us, we sat for 20 minutes and went to check in.The room was a three-bed room, the beds were made strangely from 2 mattresses, the bed was clean, towels were changed a lot quite often, the room had a safe, a mini-bar, 2 armchairs, a chair, a dressing table, 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a TV, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a shoe stand. There were shampoo and dental kits and liquid soap in the bathroom. In principle, I really liked everything.The buffet was included only for breakfast, there was a delicious large selection. Cleaning was carried out on each floor of the cooler with water.Rooms are opened using cards.The disadvantage is that the elevator stops on each floor, which is annoying, and 3 elevators are slow.

I celebrated the New Year 2016-2017 in Kazan. I chose Amaks Safar and was not mistaken. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was a single room, it was cozy and clean. After looking around the room, it was possible not to take some things with you. For example, shower gel, soap, towel (large, medium, small), shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer - all this is already there. I also brought a boiler with me, but later I saw a cooler with hot and cold water in the hallway. Well, there was a delicious buffet in the morning! I recommend it, you won't regret it!
