The room is renovated. It's not big, but it's comfortable. The staff is helpful. The food in the hotel is excellent. The buffet. Everything is delicious, especially the pastries.

My wife and I were "wild" tourists in Kazan for 8 days.. Room 1111 is quite good, besides all sorts of consumables, including the "rent" of a pair of terry dressing gowns... , you could get it by calling! There were 3 unexpected holidays during the stay...

My family and I really enjoyed it. Good service. Friendly staff. Good service. The breakfasts and dinners are wonderful. Everything is very tasty. The menu is varied. Thank you. If we go to Kazan, we will definitely stay at your hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and cozy room. I also really liked the bed, it was so comfortable, soft, the bed linen and towels were snow-white and ironed. I felt at home.

Nice hotel, courteous staff, clean, cozy rooms, quiet, peaceful. Very tasty breakfasts (varied buffet)a large selection. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Bowl, 40 minutes to the Kremlin.

I liked everything very much. It is clean and cozy, polite staff, delicious food, there is something to do in the hotel: free of charge: board games, there is a game room, sauna, swimming pool, relaxation area.

The triple room on the 9th floor is just wonderful. Air conditioning, huge shower cabin! Lots of windows. Very cozy room, it was a pity to leave.
