Thank you very much! I stayed at your Safar Hotel in Kazan for the second time. I want to note that the first time was a week before the Universiade, to be honest, the staff service was not very good then (maybe it was the nervousness before such a responsible event). Right now, everything is just great, and the maid, and the girls at the reception, and the guys at the restaurant are just great! I will come to you again!

We had a wedding on 11.07 at the Grand banquet hall with a BANG! I would like to thank all the staff, I really enjoyed the service, everything was top notch!I am very pleased and glad that I chose Safar! I also want to thank the banquet manager, Aliya, for her advice and help in choosing the menu and other nuances; Designer Gulnara I. for the beautiful decoration of the hall, everything was exactly as we desired. Thanks to the pastry chefs for the delicious cake, the cake was exactly what I threw off the picture, I was even surprised, well done! The waiters were very polite, they always asked if everything was in order, the service was wonderful, and all the guests emphasized this. The honeymoon suite also pleased us, the room is clean and cozy, just like at home! My son and I stayed at this hotel from December 28-30, 2012. We booked a room at the Weekend rate (very inexpensive). I was impressed by the magnificent view from the window: the Kremlin, the Mosque... My son was delighted with the high-speed Internet (free in the room). The room itself is spacious and clean. I also liked the breakfasts: there are real mashed potatoes, fish, meat, porridges, vegetables. A variety of delicious pastries. We went to the bowling club and billiard room (right in the hotel), played. Great! Thanks to the employee, a girl named (I think) Alla. She was very courteous and kind to us, and we had a nice chat. In general, we really enjoyed your place! The only small disadvantage: it would be nice if the hair dryer was in the room, somehow it's not commendable to call the reception about this))) Goodbye, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances! We stayed at the hotel from September 12 to September 16, 2012. I liked everything very much, the staff service is excellent, the sanitary condition of the rooms is at the proper level. The buffet was amazing in its variety. I really liked that you can book online and receive discounts, and payment can be made upon direct check-in. There are various types of leisure activities, for example, we ordered bowling, right from the room and without any problems. You can order a taxi call to any point of the city in advance from the receptionist at the reception... I was very satisfied, and now I will continue to use this hotel.

We had a wedding on November 3, 2012. We decided to book a room for our wedding night in Safar. We chose a suite for 4200 rubles.The only small disadvantage: they promised champagne with fruit as a gift for the newlyweds on the phone, and the hotel itself warned that instead of fruit, chuck-chuck. We stopped in front of the restaurant to take a picture. We liked the interior of the hotel - it was beautiful and cozy. The service is good. A composition of towels in the shape of swans was already waiting for us in the room. The view of the city center is excellent. Arriving in the evening, they found champancoke and chak-chak in the room. The little things pleasantly surprised me: there were enough towels, two bathrobes, two pairs of disposable slippers, hangers, shoe polish, two tooth sets (brush + paste) and even a hairdryer. Not every hotel has it all. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable. In general, we are very satisfied and recommend it to everyone! The hotel became an additional pleasant memory of our wedding.
