I spent absolutely wonderful days in Kazan, and the Safar Hotel helped me recover from long and meaningful walks around the city. Polite, courteous, friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant!

Great hotel! We had a rest with a group of 34 people on April 12-14. The staff is helpful.The rooms are clean, cozy, everything is working, daily cleaning. Both children and adults enjoyed the breakfasts very much. The view from the rooms is mesmerizing! We visited the sauna and were very satisfied.Thanks!!!

My school team took part in the 1st International Winged Leopard Festival from 05.11 to 09.11. We stayed at the Amaks-Safar Hotel. Many thanks to everyone who serviced and accompanied our accommodation. The excellent cuisine and the young staff left the most pleasant impressions. The proximity of the Kozya Sloboda metro station allows you to quickly get anywhere in Kazan. THANKS again, and good luck!!

We came to Kazan in March with my wife for a vacation. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I would like to thank the staff for their work, and I would especially like to highlight Ekaterina, the head of the booking department, who suggested places for entertainment in Kazan, as well as the placement of a different room category with a view of the Kremlin, which pleased us very much. We will never forget this romantic night. We often stayed in other cities and many hotels, but we have never met such a responsive, good-natured, dedicated person. Let's come back to you again.

I would like to express my gratitude to the administrators Elena and especially Anastasia for their kindness, responsiveness and humanity. During the May holidays, we came from Samara to see your beautiful city, but the person with whom we agreed to rent an apartment turned out to be dishonest and just dumped us, in fact, we had to spend the night on the street, because all the other hotels, hostels and apartments were occupied. And then we started calling all the hotels in a row, hoping that at least one would have at least one room (4 people arrived). And then luck smiled at us from the 20th time! There was 1 single room available in AMAKS, which we were invited to see. Arriving at the hotel, it turned out that one of the guests had not checked in and 2 rooms were available! We were just happy! And then we also got a discount + there were breakfasts! We had a wonderful weekend in Kazan! You have a wonderful city that we will definitely return to!
