I would like to thank the hotel staff for their kind disposition and ability to respond to requests. Being on a business trip, an important condition is to feel comfortable in unusual conditions. The wonderful staff of the hotel succeeded. The compactness, efficiency and a certain conservatism of the hotel's appearance leave pleasant emotions, as does the whole glorious city of Kazan.
