Hello! I consider myself obliged to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for the excellent quality of service, and to the management for the exceptional selection of hotel services. The only drawback is the outdated elevator (Moscow hotels are no longer your competitors by any parameter). I would like to emphasize the usefulness and quality of the transfer service. The Nail driver knows the city perfectly, easily squeezes into the allotted time for the route, regardless of the traffic situation (a rare quality and different from Kazan taxi drivers, whose services were used by colleagues). If this is allowed by the policy of your company, I apply for the encouragement of Nail. Excellent service and exceptional response speed to service requests (this is the first time I've seen this). thank you!

It's a great hotel, I've been staying there since 2003. I completely agree with all the reviews above regarding the ease of booking, hospitality, and excellent service. + Wi-Fi Internet access in the room + quite reasonable prices (a single room costs about 1800 rubles) - for example, in N. Novgorod they charge 3.500 for a much worse room (the Central Hotel).

Hello! Safar Hotel is a very wonderful and prestigious hotel, it is filled with kindness and warmth of the staff. I liked everything very much, there are no complaints!
